As early as you can—especially if you have a target photo date. We’ll do our best to work with your timeline.

No—many homes are lived in during listing. We offer occupied (lived-in) consultations and styling support.

Usually the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, dining area, and main bath—then add flex spaces as needed. If there's a room that might cause confusion or uncertainty for a buyer, we may recommend a staging approach to set your sale up for success!

Yes. We’ll recommend a base package and optional add-ons based on the home’s layout and buyer profile.

For vacant staging, yes (as part of the staging plan and proposal, we build in a monthly fee for duration of staging).
